After installation, the installers walked us through all the steps on how to change the filter and how to work the electronic thermostat. I was very impressed by Lakeside. The office staff assoicate, Holly- was always friendly and returned my calls or concerns in a timely manner. The office staff also helped us with getting our rebates and warranty paperwork. "First of all my experience with William on the phone was excellent. He was able to answer my questions about the process, about the products and about his experience with problems such as mine (hard wood floors are shrinking due to the dryness from heat in the winter time). My 2nd experience was with the installation guy (Raphael) who was: 1. On time, 2. Knowledgeable on the product he was installing and on all the pieces of equipment already in my furnace room. 3.
